Do you have parking?

There are paid lots and street parking around downtown.

Can I bring in decor or branding?

Do you provide Audio/ Visual ?

What is your cancelation policy?

The non-refundable deposit shall be forfeited should Client cancel. All payments to Tin Roof are final. Client must give notice to Tin Roof immediately. However, Client specifically agrees that the security deposit is non-refundable and is paid for Tin Roof to hold the date. If Client cancels with a written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the Event Date, the Client shall not be required to pay the remainder of the fee. If the notice of cancellation is received twenty-nine (29) days less prior to the Event, Client will be required to pay the remainder of the fee, regardless of whether services were rendered.

Is your venue Wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our venues are ADA compliant. If you have a specific request please coordinate with your sales manager to ensure proper accommodations.

Do you take reservations?

Reservations are never require but if you want to reserve a space please inquiry through the links provided.
